Gloom has returned to my life after being away for 21 years.I'm not suicidal,but I think about it.I need help,but I'm not modivated to get it. Therapy is expensive,why bother?Unfortunatily, my family and friends seldom call because they only want to hear good things.I can't candycoat the truth,I say what I feel.And that's why I'm so alone at 40.The sky is getting dark over my little world,is anyone listening?Do you care?

The samaritans have an email address and they will talk to people who are not suicidal, they try to get back within 24 hours:

If you need something quicker- you could ring them.
If the samaritans aren't for you, then just search for depression chat rooms, forums or websites. Theres a good number out there altho its a bit hit and miss to who you'll encounter and if they'll be helpful.
If you can wait there are groups othering free counselling, but its easier to find if your a woman (try well womens clinic), ethnic minority, gay/lesbian or have experienced beverment, abuse.. as they tend to be in the voluntry sector and set up by interested groups.
Talking to others who have experienced similar problems is sometimes the best therapy- knowing your not alone and learning what helps them. There will be a depression self-help / support group in your area.
BUT your not gonna feel better without some effort, nothing comes free altho some things are easier- try pushing yourself to change the situation/routine a little, call your family and friends yourself, maybe go out more, eat well, do things you enjoy, exercise.. they might not work but theyre much more likely to than doing nothing about it.
It's hard when your depressed to do anything- but it can help to start with really small things.

serebii.net has a chat function. It is dedicated to all things Pokemon. That's a good place to start.
WiiNode.com has a section in their forums for PokeMon meet-ups. There are regular members on there alot.

You might try to look in the Msn messenger directory, well it is called Spaces now..but on this page (linked below) there is a little section to the right that allows you to type in info about the person your looking for. Hopefully this helps you find what your looking for..:)

You should use a software like JAP to bypass the restrictions...
You can search for "JAP" on google...
This works perfectly on Firefox (not so good on Internet Explorer)
